Look glamorous in this 1950s black velvet dress! It features a rounded collar, 3/4 length sleeves with a small cuff, light shoulder pads, metal side zipper, and box pleat skirt. BUT the best part is the matching rhinestone belt! It is unlabeled, possibly handmade in heavy black velvet. It's in excellent vintage condition, except there is one rhinestone missing on the belt, and one is loose. It measures Bust 36" Waist 29", Hip 44". This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
